Partner Terms

These terms are an agreement between you and AyZy ("we"), a business based in Oregon, United States, for taking part in the AyZy Partners program. By applying or sharing your partner link, you agree to them.

1. Joining

• You must be at least 18 and give us true information in your application.
• We review every application and may approve or decline it for any reason.
• Joining is free. You never have to buy anything to be a partner.

2. What you earn

• You earn 30% of the price paid for each AyZy product bought through your partner link, before taxes and not counting payment fees we pay.
• A sale counts if the buyer clicked your link within the last 30 days and no other partner's link was clicked after yours.
• You are paid for real sales only. Nothing is paid for sign-ups, clicks, or for bringing in other partners.

3. Getting paid

• Commissions are held for 30 days after each sale. If the sale is refunded or charged back in that time, no commission is paid.
• After that, commissions are paid out by our payment partner, Lemon Squeezy, on its payout schedule and terms.
• You are an independent partner, not an employee. You are responsible for your own taxes. We or our payment partner may ask for tax forms.

4. Telling people it's an ad

US law (the FTC's Endorsement Guides) and most platforms require you to say when you earn money from a link. Every post, video, story or message that shares your link must say so clearly and up front, for example by starting the caption with "Ad" or "Affiliate link" before any "see more" cut. In videos, say it out loud too. Vague tags like #collab or #sp are not enough.

5. Things you must not do

• Buy through your own link, or give buyers part of your commission.
• Send spam: bulk DMs, unrequested emails or texts, or comment spam.
• Promise results or income, such as "make $500 a week," or say anything untrue about our products.
• Post fake reviews or pretend to be a customer, or pretend to be AyZy.
• Run paid search ads on "AyZy," our product names, or misspellings of them.
• List our products on coupon, cashback or deal sites.
• Share your link on content that is hateful, adult, violent or illegal.

6. Our name and materials

You may use the images, scripts and captions we give you to promote our products while you are a partner. Don't change our logo or use our name in your own account names or domains.

7. Ending

You can leave at any time. We can remove you from the program at any time, and if you break these terms we may cancel commissions that haven't been paid yet.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the commissions you earned in the three months before a claim.

9. Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States. We may update them, and will post changes here and update the date above. Also see our general Terms of Service.
